On June 6 of 2022, investigators detained both two preschool teachers, accusing them of physically hurting and abusing children in the classroom, according to the Roswell Police Department. Authorities have also released surveillance video found in Pre-Primary B Classroom, claiming it is being utilized as evidence in the investigation.
In the footage, the second instructor is seen stepping at the kid’s hand from behind, palm down on the floor, and keeping her foot firmly against the child’s small and tender hand. She then takes a step forward and kicks the child in the back with her knee and shin.
The young people in Alostwani and Briceno’s class are between the ages of two and three. According to 11Alive, Reg Griffin, the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning’s Chief Communications Officer, is looking at the ‘allegations of inappropriate discipline’ alongside the Roswell Police Department.
