It is said that Theotis Pok had a heated argument over order as things got serious once Theotis took his gun out and put information on the employees of Wendy’s which is a drive-thru food service fast food restaurant.
The shooting happened at 8 am when Theotis was passing through wendy’s for his breakfast and he eventually has a discussion over one of his orders and he exchanged words with the employee at the Drive-thru window and later it turned into a heated argument as per the statement released by the police.
Theotis Polk then got out of his vehicle and walked toward the drive-thru window where the employees were working as usual but they were unaware about this day which was going to change into complete chaos.
Theotis then pulled out his gun and opened fire at the drive-thru window but the bullet injured a 16 years old boy who was working at Wendy’s at the time of the incident and when theosis started the open fire at the wind one of his bullets hit the 16 years old innocent boy who even was involved in the argument.
Moreover, Theotis ran away as he jumped into his vehicle and ran as he realized what he did and he was going to in trouble for his deed.
However, he was arrested by Arizona police but they have not yet made official statements about his arrest because of which we are limited with the information regarding his arrest and where was he arrested.
But we assume he might be arrested as his identity was revealed in the CCTV footage where he was captured having a heated argument and then pulling his gun and shooting at the employees from the drive-thru window which resulted in the serious injury of an innocent boy as the bullet was being shot at his head and was immediately taken to the nearest hospital where he was concussed.
He is currently is in observation as he was seriously hurt as the bullet hit him in his head however the 16 years old boy was lucky enough to be alive from a bullet wound that occurred in his head.
According to the brother of 16 years old victim, he was not a person to be involved in any kind of arguments as he was just working and doing this role that was assigned to him at the moment. however, it is unlucky and sad to be the victim of an action that you are not even part of he expressed.
The victim’s father Brian Durham Sr had shown his concern as he mentioned his brother was lucky enough to be survived as the bullet went through his head and he further mentioned it as one of most heartfelt moments as knowing your son was in such condition as that time it did not even confirm whether he was dead or was hurt.
But now after the arrest of Theotis Polk the father has asked the police to do the right thing. Polk who has a past criminal history is now is in trial for aggravated assault and an attempt to murder with a deadly weapon.
