Tracy Ann Thomson, 43, was charged with being an accessory after the fact to the murder of the 16-year-old who died in Buccan in June 2018.
Tracy Ann Thomson, 43, was granted immediate parole on a three-year term and walked free from the Brisbane Supreme Court on Wednesday. Between June 22 and 28, in Buccan, Thomson admitted to being an accessory after the manslaughter of Larissa Beilby, 16, by Zlatko Sikorsky. Between June 26 and 30, 2018, Thomson, knowing that Sikorsky had killed the boy, acted as his driver to aid him in eluding detection.

Sikorsky died in a Brisbane jail this year after being beaten while awaiting trial. Crown prosecutor Jodie Wooldridge told the court that Larissa died a ‘brutal and terrible death,’ with her remains wrapped in a sheet and hidden in a barrel. She pled guilty to the lesser charge of accessory after the fact of manslaughter earlier this year. In the Gold Coast, MS Beilby’s body was discovered wrapped in a sheet and inside a barrel left on the back of a barrel.

Thomson was sentenced to three years in prison in Brisbane’s Supreme Court this morning for her role in the tragedy, however, she was given immediate parole.
