Erin Walker who was the victim and was the mother of a three-year-old daughter and a famed Central York High School social studies teacher. Walker age 36 was shot by her next-door neighbor, 59-year-old Daniel Berry. “She had the largest heart and would do anything for anyone,” said one of Walker and Berry’s neighbors. “As a mother, my heart is crushed into pieces.”
Walker was going to home from the grocery when the two people got into an altercation, as per the neighbors whose Ring doorbell camera went to film the event. The people went to report hearing screaming and then bullets was heard being fired.
As per sources; Fox43, Berry allegedly turned the pistol at himself and died outside the house. Walker passed on Sunday at the hospital after suffering a serious injury from a gunshot. On Monday, the district opened a message to families that stated in part: “During her years of employment in the Central York School District, Miss Walker impacted the lives of hundreds of pupils. We consider ourselves privileged to have had the opportunity to spend time with her.” “We are devastated by her death since she was a wonderful teacher and a wonderful person.”

Daniel Berry was said to have shot himself after fighting with Walker and shooting her in the process. As per New York county coroner, he was found having a gunshot wound to the head outside of his place.
He died at the spot from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. While the victim was rushed to the hospital. But neither of them survived the ordeal.
