While driving back to his house from the Cajundome, he was killed in a car accident. He died in a two-vehicle collision with heavy injuries on Friday night on Interstate 12 close to Louisiana Highway 434 in St. Tammany Parish, according to the report.
He was declared dead at the scene. Additionally, the crash is still being investigated. Though The other car’s driver was not hurt, and no signs of intoxication were found in him or her. The cause of the crash is still being looked into, according to police, who also stated that a toxicological sample was taken from Tullis for analysis.
